Step by step instructions to Cook Mongolian Beef


This simple to-make Mongolian meat dish is an incredible strong supper when served over steamed rice. It's a Chinese-motivated meat dish regularly made with cut hamburger and blend seared with vegetables in an appetizing sauce seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil, and shellfish sauce.

Mongolian Beef Ingredients 

2 tablespoons oil

1 medium white onion, cut

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1/2 kilo hamburger sirloin or rib eye, sukiyaki-cut,, cut into strips

3 tablespoons clam sauce

1/4 glass soy sauce

1 tablespoon white sugar

salt, to season

pepper, to season

1 medium carrot, julienned

1 stalk leeks, cut

1 tablespoon ginger, julienned

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Step by step instructions to Cook Mongolian Beef 

In a medium-sized skillet, saute garlic and onion in oil. Include the meat and cook for 5 minutes.

Include the clam sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Include the carrots, ginger, and leeks. Cook for 10 minutes.

Include the sesame oil and sesame seeds. Cook for 5 additional minutes.

Top the hamburger blend over steamed rice.
